What is Wushu?
Wu Shu literally translates to "military arts" or martial arts. It applies to all styles of martial arts. Wushu Kicks translates to Martial arts shoes or.. wushu shoes!
Over time a modern form of Chinese martial arts also developed purely to promote athleticism and competition. This became known as modern wushu.
Recently, modern wushu has permeated movies such as 'The Matrix' and 'Charlie's Angels' with Three Time China National Wushu Champion Jet Li as a dominant spokesperson and representative of wush, wushu has slowly grown to over 88 countries and even the Olympic stage through it's recognition by the International Olympic Committee, IOC for the 2008 Beijing Olympics.

Where is my order? When will it arrive?
Rest assured that your order of shoes and/or gear is on its way. Promptly after you place your order- either the same day or the next business day we process your order and send it to shipping. The shipping department sends it off via standard shipping so it arrives roughly 5-7 business days after it is shipped out. Feel free to email us if 7 business days has passed and you have not received your order. We hate waiting too!
Why bother training with shoes?They provide more support to prevent injury and help you train by increasing stability and balance. Shoes also help improve jumping techniques and are needed for outdoor trainings, performances, and competitions because it cushions your feet to prevent wear on your knees and ankles!
What's the difference between martial arts shoes and my normal sneakers?Martial arts shoes are specifically designed for martial arts training purposes. They are lighter for faster kicking as opposed to normal shoes which can be big and bulky. Perhaps the MOST important difference is that they are designed to prevent injury and improve performance. The soles are specifically designed to be thin so you don't roll your ankle, yet provide you with the most support for jumping and wear on your ankles and knees.

Do you ship internationally? Do you ship outside of the United States?
We primarily ship within the US and Canada. Due to wide increase in demand of WushuKicks products we have EXPANDED to shipping internationally. Yay! However, international shipping rates are different as our cost to ship internationally is more.
Please select the International Shipping option if you are paying with paypal or credit card. For google checkout orders please purchase our "international shipping addition" located under accessories - http://www.wushukicks.com/wushu-shop/wushu-accessories/international-shipping.html . Please select the proper shipping option based off where the product is being shipped otherwise your order will be pending until we can get the proper shipping amount. Canada shipping will require +$2.50 to our flat rate. We don't want to charge for shipping, but shipping internationally is a little bit more for us as well. Due to your support WushuKicks has gone global!
What is your return policy?
Because we strive for customer satisfaction and to find you the most appropriate fit in martial arts shoes, if you are unsatisfied with your shoes for any reason send them back within 60 days of your purchase in new or like-new condition for a full refund on the product.
There will be no returns for custom or special orders. Custom or special order would involve some sort of email asking for a special request so if you have not emailed us for a special request then your order is 100% refundable and satisfaction guaranteed!
Where do I send the return or exchange item and how do I handle shipping?
We have a few shipping locations. Unless otherwise specified by a customer support representative on The WushuKicks Team, please send all returns and exchanges to 1005 E Las Tunas Dr. #307, San Gabriel, Ca 91776 - Addressed to WushuKicks.
For shipping - Unless the item shipped to you was a wrong item due to shipping error, all return shipping will be handled by the buyer. You may freely exchange an item that does not fit or is not the right shoe for your martial arts style. We do not have any restocking or processing fees of any nature, however the customer will be responsible for shipping costs.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Card, JCB, or regular account payments all through PayPal. We also accept Google Checkout payments.
Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?

However, if you requested a custom ordered shoe or product that is in high demand it will take longer because those orders may be being custom designed/made for you and then shipped to get quality checked to ensure the best quality and fit and then finally to your doorstep.
