Sprinting Technique to Help Improve Wushu

Try this technique at your next practice. Try it for about 2 months and rest every other practice and see if it helps your explosiveness.

Sprint from one corner of your carpet/wushu center to the other. Slap the ground before you start sprinting, then slap the ground when you stop. This forces you to start and stop and not cheat by getting a slow running start.

Do this 5 times and then repeat at the end of practice.

This should improve your response time and fast twitch muscles.
